How can i lose all the fat in my body?
Are You know decision of this problem? Okay I know that it is impossible to lose every single ounce and still be healthy, but I want a plan that will help me to lose all the fat I can. I have a YMCA membership, but I don't know how long I should spend on what machine. I really like the elliptical machine, but does that do enough to really help with weight loss? Also what foods should I be mainly eating, i need enough for energy and health, but low enough fat and calorie content that I can lose maximum weight. Thanks for your help!
And I found this way when you work out you should spend at least 30 minutes doing cardio exercise (running, elliptical, bicycle) and make sure you don't always do the same thing, if you do then your body gets used to the exercise and it ceases to be effective. then you can spend time doing weights to tone and build up your muscle. each machine should have instructions on what to do and what muscles it works. make sure you have a balanced work out. drink plenty of water and eat light foods. avoid eating a lot of pasta, breads, heavy meats, etc. fruits and veggies are the best, especially grapefruit. and stay away from junk food.
