What happens if you buy a service plan from Sears? If it is execise equipment you are on your own. While the salesman tells you that Sears servcies them trhey do not. Call Sears service who farms you over to Nordic Track who subcontracts with a service house called UTS. The end result is that the work they do is worse than the original problem and no one is accounatble. Sears is a shadow of itself and Nordic Track is a never was, Caveat Emptor
