I've been eating about 1200 calories everyday, but I also exercise 45mins at least every other day. Should I eat more? I don't want to be unhealthy. (according to the elliptical machines, i burn about 330 calories in that 45 minutes so should I actually eat about 1500 calories to lose the same weight?)
