Are You Need Info About Vision X6000 Elliptical Trainer?
Will eating nothing for lunch really lower my metabolism?
Today's question is I'm TRYING to lose weight; 20 pounds.. I do about 15-20 minutes of walking the morning (5:30AM) 30-45 run/walk at about 5:00PM 30 on an elliptical trainer at like 8:00PM (along with weight training) My diet : About 370 calories for breakfast (I feel full after eating) 60 for lunch (Like carrots, or an apple. HONESTLY I'm not hungry at lunch. Water makes me feel full; so I don't really feel the need to eat) 500-700 for dinner (can't be helped; parents hate wasting food and like to load up plates ) And then a few snacks, for a total of about 1200-1300 a day. SO my question is will not eating much for lunch really lower my metabolism and prevent me from losing weight?
Ok, what I can say about this you will lose weight with what ur eating. But stay where ur at, I wouldnt go below 1200 cals ever.
