Bad chest pains. Please help me.?
I have such question I'm 20-years-old, 5'4", and weigh 98-100 pounds. I'm not quite sure about my weight because I haven't weighed myself in over a month. Around this time last year, I withered away to 76 pounds and stayed there until this May when I began recovering from my anorexia. Once I got to 2,500-2,700 calories daily, I began gaining weight rapidly. I stayed at that calorie amount for 5-6 weeks to gain about 20 pounds. Once I got to 99, I began maintaining. I went down to 1,800 calories a week with 20-30 minutes of running 6 days a week. I must have pushed myself too hard when I got back into running because I injured my ankle, and it still hasn't healed. Since that happened, I have taken up going to the gym and using the elliptical. For a few weeks, I wasn't pushing myself too much, as I did not find it anywhere near enjoyable as running. However, the past few weeks, I have really upped my intensity. I am going to the gym 6 days a week and using the elliptical for 55-60 minutes. I do the interval course for 45-50 minutes and then stay at a resistance of 8 for the remaining time and really push myself. I breathe hard and sweat for the entire time, so I know I am really working hard. I also do Pilates and ab workouts daily, for about 40 minutes all together. I go to college and work on weekends, so I'm always out and about. For the past few days, I have been having really bad heart pains, which I had when I was at my low weight. I know it might be from exercising, but I can't stop. I am so scared to gain more weight, but I am also scared to weigh myself because I don't want to see a big number and then spiral downward again. Could I be gaining weight with 1,800 calories and my level of exercise, or am I fine with that? I don't know what to do.
Ok, what I can say about this In answer to your last sentence. I don't know what to do: (1) Tell your doctor you need to see the cardiologist for a stress test. (2) Lay off the eliptical until you have it, or go to the ER now. Tell them you have chest pain. They will do the appropriate tests, and possibly weigh you too. That's not the crisis here. Your heart is. Your weight you can always manage, as you have already learned. Your heart is the problem now. Please get it addressed by medical professional before it effects your life in more serious ways. You're worth it! Congatulations on coming out of anoreia hell! It's not easy, and you're doing it. Good for you! Now go get your heart checked out please!

What Are You Know About Diamondback Elliptical Trainer?
How much weight do you think I'll lose if I do the following? Please answer!?
I've got this question Morning: Get up, eat half a banana, then do 10 minutes of fast skipping (rope) and then go for a 5km brisk walk. Eat an egg and drink small amount of chocolate milk. Afternoon: Eat carrot sticks and a small amount of pasta. Go to the gym and do the following: Jog/walk on treadmill for 30 minutes Bike for 30 minutes (about level 7 resistence) Weight machines for 15 minutes Elliptical trainer for 30 minutes Stretch out Evening: Eat medium amount of pasta, 1/2 servings of various vegetables, and a glass of apple juice. Practice various Pilates exercises for about 20 minutes. (Beginner level) I will also drink alot of water throughout the day. How much weight do you think I can lose if I stick to this plan for 5 days? I wanted to lose a couple pounds before school started but I procrastinated yet again... By the way I'm 15 years old 5'3" 118 pounds
And I found this way You should get the opinion of a professional diet counselor or a physician, before starting any diet. In MY opinion, you do not need to lose any weight. But that's the opinion of someone who doesn't know what you look like, or your personal history, or that of your family's. You may have an ideal weight, for your height, and just need to tone up; therefore a reduction of calories taken in might not be advisable. You may be underweight. I seriously doubt that, but again, I can't see what you look like. It appears that one egg in the morning is your sole source of protein. Not good, IMO. But again, I'm not a professional; that's why you should talk to someone you can sit down with, face-to-face. Remember, a diet can also be a CHANGE IN THE SOURCE of calories; it's just that you may choose to eat a fresh apple, instead of the amount of chips and dip, or ice cream that has the same number of calories. That's why you should get professional advice. And bravo to you for being proactive about your health and appearance! However, make sure you don't blindly accept society's picture of what a beautiful woman should look like.
