Elliptical cross trainer help!?

Are You know decision of this problem? What is my speed measured in, my average speed on the cross trainer is 2900 but i don't know the unit:( i only burn 200 calories in about 45 minutes. Is this normal? Because i would have expected more calories to be burned

And I found this way Try looking up the speed on the manual. 200 is a bit low, I usually burn 500 in 45 minutes. Try increasing your resistance level.

How long will it take me to get to a size 4? (please answer? thanks)?

Today's question is A US 4 is an aus/UK 8 btw If i follow this diet: B:oats (double serve) 180cals fruit 70cals S:muesli bar 75c soy yoghurt 140c L: salad sandwich on multigrain bread 200 fruit 70 S:vege sausages 100 fruit 70 ryvita 70 D:minestrone 280 (double serve) large garden salad with some lowcal dressing 70 ryvita 70 (total 1400 calories) I know that would make a 940 cal deficit every day. I'll be also be burning 200 calories a day on the elliptical in the morning (so about 15-20 minutes), doing boxing (1hr) and kickboxing (1hr) once a week, yoga 4 times (45m, at home from a really old book so its not expensive) and a bike ride (1hr) once a week, as well as a 10 minute ab routine every morning. I'm 14, 141lb + 5'8"/62.3kg/172.5cm and female. I have an athletic/mesomorphic body type (ie i gain muscle really easily) I'm a size 10-11(AUS/UK), 6-7US at the moment. I know I'd be able to fit in one, my hips are 36" (also I hit puberty 5yrs ago so I'm not exactly going to develop much more. My mum was pretty skinny too, its genetic) and I can grab skin on them. It's just my thighs, stomach and love handles that wouldn't fit. and please dont spam. not gonna go to those links or buy those products. thanks.

Ok, what I can say about this If you eat 2000 a day and work out like your promising yourself to do, you should be fine. Also- if your an athletic body type [are you an athlete?] You actually need more cals a day. I have to eat 2800ish a day to maintain 107-110 lbs [I cant remember how much i weigh] So I would just try to stay in the the 1400-2000 calories a day no matter what hehe. Also- the not drinking any soda and such [which your not-yay] will really help out your weight/size [you are by no means overweight..so when i say weight i mean size lol]. I used to weigh 125 and i was 5'1..and when i cut back on soda i lost 15 lbs..woohoo lol Anyways, you have done a hell of a lot of research..just dont go under 1400 calories. You should be there within a year or less..i honestly dont know an exact time. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
