Are You Need Info About Proform Xp 115 Elliptical?
Ok so I need help losing my last 15 pound?
Today's question is I weigh 130 pounds and am 5 feet tall. I know that technically I should be about 100 pounds but I also know that I have alot of muscle in my legs and have 34FF breasts so my goal is to be like 115/120 pounds. I have events coming up that I need to look good for. I have access to a basic gym (elliptical, treadmill, and workout bikes) and light weights available to me for the next few weeks. I didn't consciously do anything to lose the fist fifteen pounds so I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

I've got this question I am thinking of purchasing an Elliptical machine for home workouts...and was wondering IF it's really a worthwhile investment. Also what kind is good to buy? what should I look for? What intensity and time frame do you need in order to see results?

Give it time, the more time you put into your workout routine the more your body will give back to you. Also maintain a healthy diet. Don't expect to work out tons, eat unhealthy, and get in shape.
