Trying to lose some weight?

I have such question I weigh about 150 pounds and am about 5 foot 8. I have a bit of a belly I'm not really happy with, just want to lose about 15 pounds. The college I'm going to right now has a great gym, and I've been going and working out for at least an hour every day. Typically I use the elliptical for 45-60 minutes, going around 4mph. Then I use this, I dunno what it's called but I call it an arm-bicycle, for about 10 minutes. In addition to this daily routine, I attend a one hour yoga class once a week. I also bike a LOT. To the beach and back (9 miles), to the mall and back (5.4 miles), to my classes, to the gym, etc. I drink a small glass of chocolate milk with every meal, aside from that only water, sometimes coffee. No soda or alcohol. I never get dessert, don't snack very much. I make sure to get a good amount of fruits and a good amount of vegetables with every meal, also sometimes fish. For the main part of my meal I just avoid the corn dogs and chicken sandwiches they offer daily in the cafeteria. I'm not really big on salad. I do feel like I have been eating pretty healthy. I have the 12-meals-a-week meal plan. Basically, if there is anything I've gotten terribly wrong that's hindering my weight loss or overall health, please let me know. It's been a week and a half of this lifestyle and I feel better but haven't seen any visible difference. Evaluate my workout for me, and any other tips you have that I can benefit from would be much appreciated. Thank you!

My favorite decision is Very good workout! And good choice with the vegetables! Give it some time and you will notice some differences. However, I WOULD try to drop the chocolate milk, there are lots of vegetables out there that give MORE Calcium for a TON less of calories, fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, and sugar. I only suggest cutting dairy because you do excrete more of it with animal protein and those excess nastiness. Also just a tip, try not to take over the recommended amount of calcium. 12-meals-a-week sounds very... bad if you ask me. Are you feeling hungry and/or craving for junk food (obviously avoid junk food)? You shouldn't ever feel hungry and if you do just eat some fruits and veggies and some unrefined complex carbs. Biologically, it takes generally up to 30 minutes for the stomach to signal to the hypothalamus (which controls your appetite and tells you how much more to eat and when to eat) and tell it that it's had enough calories and nutrients in there, and within that time limit you will keep eating and then all of a sudden become bloated. So avoid that and give your stomach some time. Oh yeah, and if you haven't already done it, avoid oils, partially/fully hydrogenated oil, and etc.
