What can I supplement my diet with to lose weight?

I've got this question I am a 20 year old male, I am eating roughly 1600 calories a day, and doing about 30 minutes of running on the elliptical three days a week, and lifting 5 times a week, doing legs workout on the off-cardio days. I am not loosing any weight and cannot figure it out. By, the way, I am 5'9", and weigh roughly 290 lbs.

Ok, what I can say about this Cut your calories a little more and be honest with yourself about your caloric intake and your intensity at the gym. That math is simple in your case. If you did exactly what you said you did, you should be dripping off weight. It is possible that you've somehow wrecked your metabolism somehow by dieting wrong. If you don't eat all day and then take all 1600 calories at night in the form of lousy food, that could be a problem. You'd be feeling pretty crappy most of the time too. Go to a doctor if you suspect this and he might prescribe an amphetamine to rev you up.
