What Is The Best Workout And Diet For Me ? Today s question is okay. . here it goes.. going to be fully honest so I can get healthy i need some guidence on workout routines and diet. i am 21 year old female 5 5 207 pounds. i used to be 115 up till about a year ago so i think im going to set my goal for 135-140 since im not a teen anymore. i need some help with what i should do as a diet. I work at a corporate building with a gym. I haven 039 t been working out long so I have been running on the eliptical on my lunch breaks from like 40-50 minutes. please help me with what i need to do. Are You know decision of this problem? right now i 039 m 17 years old, 5 039 2 039 039 and about 150 pounds. according to my doctor, my ideal weight would be between 115-120. so, i 039 ve got a pretty good diet...lots of fruits, veggies and proteins. and lots of water. so now all i need is a good workout routine to help me shed weight FAST. i have a treadmill, elliptical, stair climber machine, bowflex and free weights (3lbs, 5lbs and 10lbs). can someone give me a detailed routine of what to do each day with the length of time or numbers of reps that i should do it for? i would especially like to lose fat from my stomach, butt and thighs.
