What type of exercise machine should I buy? I ve got this question Hello! I was thinking of buying the Bowflex TreadClimber or the NordicTrack X3 Incline Trainer - but both have had some negative reviews. I don 039 t want to buy a problem-prone machine, but I feel I do best in my weightloss endeavour when I use a machine. I prefer a treadmill or elliptical type machine. Can anyone recommend a dependable machine that is appropriate for home use and won 039 t break the bank? I 039 m in Canada - so it would have to be available here. Thank you! In this case my opinion is a jump rope and a ab roller from walmart or wherever you shop. jumping rope will burn more calories and much cheaper.

What is better- a treadmill or an elliptical trainer? I have such question I need to lose weight and get fit, for health reasons. I have the space in my home so size isnt much of an issue im just curious as to which would be better? I do get sore knees and shins occassionally so I think for me probably elliptical would be better but im just wondering if it offers as much, in regards to fitness and weight loss, as a treadmill. My favorite decision is You do generally burn more calories running on a treadmill, but you can burn just as much with an elliptical if you put the resistance on a bit.. it wouldn 039 t be more than a 50 cal difference at most over 30 mins though (maybe 350 compared to 300 depending how hard you work.

Burning calories on an elliptical trainer? I ve got this question I 039 m a female. 13 years old (soon 14). I weigh 135 pounds. I 039 m 5 039 2. I just used my elliptical trainer for exactly 20 minutes and it says that i burnt 274 calories and 87.2 fat calories. I was going at a normal speed. -Not slow-Not fast- and the resistance was on number 2 from 0 to 150 calories and resistance on 3 from 150 to 200 and then back on 2 from 200 to 274. So do you think that this is right? Do you think i really brunt 274 calories...? Do you think i burnt more or less? Thankyou. :) (P.S. I don 039 t have a bigbig fancy elliptical, it 039 s just a 300 one called Weslo monument 620.)

Are You Need Info About Horizon Fitness Elliptical Trainer?

Running while body building is it a good idea? I keep getting different answers!? Are You know decision of this problem? Any personal fitness buffs out there know the answer to this question.. I am working out at the gym 4 days a week (lifting weights mainly) but I have found that in my process of bulking up i am also putting on weight, I used to run and bike at least 3 times a week but since I have been weight lifting I have cut that back to once or twice a week at the most... but I have put on fat with my muscle gain. as I want to loose the weight I have got back into running but my personal trainer told me that its a bad idea because running burns fat AND muscle..

Fitness question- trainers please look :)? Today s question is i 039 m a male, 16, 5 ft 11, and i used to weigh 188 lbs 10 weeks ago. However it was around that time when i said i have to stop eating and go on a diet. so these are my sessions:- Everyday (perhaps a days rest within 2 weeks)- 40 mins on the treadmill consisting of a 5 min walking, and 35 jogging up to 11.8 kph. once i finished, i 039 d wait 10-15 mins before eating the 5 fruits a day. This is my sessions. However, i now weigh 166 lbs and this is the start of my problems. i can 039 t seem to run as much as i used to, my stamina seems to be falling instead of going up.
