Batman Arkham Asylum responding so slow!!?

I have such question I have a problem with my Batman A.A, whenever there is the "click to start" option, whenever I hover the mouse, it responds so slow, and when I try to move the character(batman) like for e.g , when I move Batman forward, it is sooooo slow!! what could be the problem?? here's the diaxdiag.exe of my laptop, I think it maybe one of the problems!! My favorite decision is Arkham Asylum, to be honest, was designed with a controller in mind. Even if you find a way to fix this problem, I recommend you grab it for 360 or PS3.
