Fitness question- trainers please look :)?

Today's question is i'm a male, 16, 5 ft 11, and i used to weigh 188 lbs 10 weeks ago. However it was around that time when i said i have to stop eating and go on a diet. so these are my sessions:- Everyday (perhaps a days rest within 2 weeks)- 40 mins on the treadmill consisting of a 5 min walking, and 35 jogging up to 11.8 kph. once i finished, i'd wait 10-15 mins before eating the 5 fruits a day. This is my sessions. However, i now weigh ~166 lbs and this is the start of my problems. i can't seem to run as much as i used to, my stamina seems to be falling instead of going up. everytime ieat, i immediately pile on 2-3 lbs and i'll be like "thats 2 days worth of jogging gone". Of course i'll lose some while i'm asleep cos its digested then, but the next day it starts to fall SLOWLY. where i used to lose more than 2-3 lbs a day, i can only lose 1-2 lbs max a day... ive only got a small stomach, looks ab it like Men In Black II those aliens with the stomachs ^.^. not that bad like lol help on how to lose the stomach, and how to get to 150lbs. also is it likely i'll have a growth spurt?

My favorite decision is You need to add muscle, not just tone up or burn calories.. When you add muscle, you add calorie burning tissue to your body, which causes your metabolism to speed up and that can result in a 10-15 lb change in your weight over a year, and that is a very good thing. Your real problem is your cardio... Don't be doing cardio. Cardio is counterproductive. It helps train your body to burn calories more efficiently, which is great if you are starving and don't want to lose weight, or want to be able to run a half marathon. But that isn't our case here. We want our body to BURN as many as possible. So, stop running for distance... Walk for 2 minutes, sprint for 45 seconds, walk for 2 minutes. repeat that five times. I do this on an elliptical machine at the gym. You can do it at the high school track if you want. the goal is to absolutely hit the wall and then recover, then do it over. It is grueling, but not as grueling as 45 minutes of "jogging". Most people eat way too much junk. Cut the sugar as low as you can. Reduce the amount of bread you eat each day to maybe 2 slices a day or less. Drop the butter, milk and ice cream. No soda, not even diet. Drink water and lots of it, like 3 liters a day. Eat 6 times a day, make certain you have an endless supply of apples and bananas. You can't get real fat eating a 70 calorie fruit:-) Snack on that instead of 400 calories of potato chips. Now, increase the amount of protein you eat, which for you would run about 110 grams a day, or more if you can find it. Do not eat protein free salads. It will hinder your goal of fitness. make sure you are eating enough. If you don't your body will suck the juice out of your muscles to keep from dying... Then you have smaller muscles. In fact, it is hard to increase muscle mass and lose weight at the same time. It is counter to the bodies natural desire. You need to up the protein levels and eat 6 times a day, or your body will think you are starving and bad things (like this) happen.
